Biography

Oladele Ajiboro OMOTOSO is a Reader in the Department of Geology and Mineral Sciences, Faculty of Physical Sciences, University of Ilorin with more than 14 years of university teaching, research and administrative experiences. He has served in various capacities in the University system. He has served as Level Adviser for several years, Examination officer, Postgraduate Coordinator and Acting Head of Department. His areas of research interest cut across Medical Geology, Environmental Geology, Hydro-geochemistry, Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology. He has to his credit more than twenty-one publications in very high-quality journals and edited conference proceedings. He has successfully supervised several undergraduate and postgraduate projects and dissertations respectively.

Dr. Omotoso is a Certified members of Council of Nigerian Mining Engineers and Geoscientists (COMEG) and Nigerian Mining and Geosciences Society (NMGS).
