Ifeoluwa Mathilda OLALEYE, is a Lecturer I in the Department of Geology and Minerals Sciences, Faculty of Physical Sciences, University of Ilorin with over eight years working experience.

She has a Ph.D. in Hydrogeology from the Department of Geology and Mineral Sciences, University of Ilorin. She is currently a Level adviser and also the seminar coordinator in the department. She is a member of the faculty board of examiners, environmental committee, project binding committee, dress code committee and research committee. She is also the Faculty Representative at the Faculty of Life Sciences. Her research interests are groundwater quality, groundwater exploration, development, management, pollution monitoring and control which are key subjects in hydrogeology, environmental geology and engineering geology.

Dr. Olaleye has series of publications in these fields in reputable local,national and international journals.
